While the program itself was canceled, the database became a powerful tool for market research, successfully collecting and sharing valuable data on regional ADU demand that was used by local governments to inform their housing policies.

We revolutionized case management for the WelcomeHomeOC program by consolidating 35 disparate data sources into one powerful Airtable Command Center. This custom solution slashed housing matching times from 90 minutes to under 5, eliminating manual data entry and expanding their client capacity from 30 to over 500, fundamentally transforming their ability to connect vulnerable individuals with housing.
